While the Claremont High School varsity boys soccer team is currently striving for a back-to-back CIF Southern Section championship, the CHS varsity girls soccer team has been making some noise of their own to begin the 2011-12 season.Scoring 9 goals in 4 games within the San Dimas Tournament last weekend, Claremont shut out Maranatha, 3-0, Glendora, 3-0 and Alta Loma, 1-0, before blanking Diamond Bar in the championship match, 2-0. The 4 wins improved the undefeated Wolfpack to 5-0-1 on the season.
